Miffed???

What do you do when you are completely feeling low,and nothing seems to be going your way?
What to do when everything is dull and slow, and nothing can brighten up your day??
When you indolently kill time, and nobody's around to cheer you???
When you have an idle mind, and interesting tasks are few????

Tune in to Rahul dulhaniyan le jayenge, and ROFL !!!!

I've read The Fountainhead (in fact, have lost count of number of times I've read that book) and I meant it as something which could cheer you.

@vishwas-i'm sure The Fountainhead is an entertaining masterpiece. Although I've not read it,I sure have heard plenty of people praise it. But this isn't about The Fountainhead, its about the show -Rahul dulhaniya le jayenge. You should try watching it and then you will get what i'm driving at. :)

@Kavs

Yeah-and he has this stupid look on his face which just makes me want to hit his head with a coconut. I feel so sorry for Pramod Mahajan-he deserved a better son.

duddu kottu kardirtaare, mattenu!
I'm curious to see if the girl who wins this will actually marry him,and if so-then Britney and Jason Alexander's record is in danger of being broken.

I've only watched it in ads. You should be completely blind to miss the ads of this show. Clearly, ndtv's imagination needs a reality check and not another of these reality shows. Who watches these kind of shows? That guy cannot speak a single sentence properly. I'm wondering how people can withstand his presence for entire episode, let alone whole life as far as those girls are concerned. While in the case of previous celebrity, the question was whether she would marry the winner. here, it is surely the other way round.

They might as well as shut down NDTV imagine if they keep going at this rate.As to his inability to speak in grammatically valid sentences-this is India,a land where anything can happen, even buggers like Rahul Mahajan wooing dames is on national television.

he he he.. I guess the girl will marry him. Coz like he says, yeh swayamvar nahi, shaadi hai! :P
And i am not sure if they are being paid to be on the show. I havent watched the show yet, but most girls are likely to be ones looking for a break on TV or in the movies.

@ QG

Its a contest where everybody is aiming at having their 15 mins of fame. Its just that the winner gets a little more than 15 mins. We are living in a day when fast food is breakfast, and hence reality shows are entertainment :P
As for Rahul dialogue-Yeh swayamvar nahin, shaadi hai, I'd like to add-Ye shaadi nahin Barbaadi hai :D

he he. Good one. Have to catch the show this weekend! Heard there are going to be some back to back eliminations also. Rakhi's swayamwar was fun. By the way, is this show called Swayamvar? or Swayamvadhu?
Anusha said…
I have only watched 5 mins of this show, and dont intend to be put through anymore of it,unless i'm not in control of the remote ( which is more often than not :( )
As for whether its called swayamvar or swayamvadhu, its just called Rahul dulhaniya le jayenge. I repeat- Dulhaniya le jayenge ;)
Le jaane ke baad kya hoga,ye koi nahin jaanta :P
